Please fill out this form and print it out to mail it in so that the Fair receives it by July 15th.
You may email it to the fair at [email protected] ,
but you will need to sign it physically on entry day (we will have them available for you to sign)
Registering by July 15th speeds things up and makes entry easier for you, our Exhibitors, and for our Volunteers on Entry Day!  We'll have your entry tags ready for you when you arrive!
Please remember to do this for each Department / Division -- a separate form for each one!
(You may also print this form in its blank form and fill it out by hand before mailing in.
